Initiate a Zoom Meet with the callers joined automatically as phone participants.Make sure you have their consent to be recorded before you use this feature! A verbal alert will be played to everyone on the phone call so that they know they are being recorded. You will have the option to talk to the other person before transferring the call, or you can transfer them blind. Transfer the other party to another person.to add another party to the call (conference call).Adjust your Audio settings for your microphone and your speakers or headset.
Access the Keypad again in case you need to interact with an automated menu.To make a call, type in the number and click on the blue button. Selecting the phone application will present you with a very straight forward phone keypad on the right side and your call history, voicemail, and lines options on the left. When you reload Zoom you should see a new icon on the toolbar that says "Phone". Once you receive those two emails, if you have the Zoom client open you will need to close/logout of Zoom then reconnect to it. The initial emails will look similar to this:
